Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up - we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.\nThe primary purpose of this role is to lead a team of inside sales representatives who will grow spend of underserved or inactive Pro customers who are currently not assigned to outside reps or pro-desk associates. This will be accomplished by building relationships with Pro customers and leveraging opportunities to deploy product and account management solutions, resulting in sales gains. Inside sales managers manage the day-to-day operations of Lowe’s inside sales team. They train inside sales associates, prepare regular sales forecasts, and ensure that inside sales associates complete a set number of tasks per day.\nEssential Functions:\nProvides leadership to the team by attracting and hiring talented individuals, setting goals, and communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback as well as meaningful developmental opportunities, managing performance, providing resources and support as needed, and sponsoring and leading team members through change\nHolds weekly team meetings and 1:1s with the team\nAccountable for the growth of the overall team’s portfolio to drive Pro sales and meet all assigned sales objectives\nAttends virtual customer visits with sales rep to provide coaching\nProactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts in conjunction with sales personnel managed. Provides a management-level point of contact for key customers. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.\nBuilds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key leadership positions.\nEstablishes productive relationships with field partners based on frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of time and resources.\nRecommends and implements improvements to current sales processes and procedures as needed\nAddresses and resolves customer issues to drive customer satisfaction\nEnsures inside sales team are utilizing all tools to manage their portfolios included but not limited to CRM Minimum Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n5 years of experience in sales management in a leadership capacity\n3 years of experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint\n3 years of CRM experience Preferences:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience\nAbout Lowe’s\nLowe’s Companies, Inc.
