The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for processing inventory, purchasing needed goods and services, monitoring budgets and account administration, and processing and maintaining data related to work orders.\nWhat You Will Do\nOversees parts inventory and responsible for purchasing for the Maintenance department\nMonitors maintenance budget and advises Maintenance Manager of risks/issue\nCompletes expense reports based on business card spending\nProcesses invoices and payments for expenses via Spend Management\nMaintains relationships with vendors and contractors and locates pricing on maintenance/building supplies and tools\nMaintains the EAM/7i system including data entry and generates preventative maintenance orders and work orders\nPerforms a variety of administrative tasks including running reports, filing, and answering phones, faxes, and email\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience driving a pick-up truck\nPossess a valid state driver’s license\nPreferred Skills/Education\nExperience organizing and supporting construction and/or maintenance activities\nExperience with budgeting, accounting, and accounts payable\n About Lowe's\nLowe’s Companies, Inc.
