For more information, visit Lowes India\nJob Summary:\nThe primary purpose of this role is to support in the development of design solutions for Lowe's Private Brand packaging and in-store displays. The Production Designer is responsible for executing packaging designs across assigned business areas of the company inclusive of: Home Décor, Seasonal/Hardlines and Building Materials encompassing 400+ product groups.\nThis role is responsible for the delivery of packaging designs and templates that support brand and product messaging while providing an optimal customer experience that increases brand engagement and drives sales.\nSuccessful candidates will possess packaging graphic design capabilities and can work globally and cross-functionally in support of high-demand volume in a fast-paced retail environment.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nCore Responsibilities:\nResponsible for upholding the established brand positioning and guardrails across assigned Private Brand packaging with guidance from the Packaging Design Manager and/or Senior Designer.\nUnderstands the private brands product categories, key competitors, and possesses the ability to develop design solutions across multiple packaging types and sizes.\nProvides packaging templates as required to maintain the timely completion of packaging solutions.\nUnderstands photography guidelines and photo art direction across all brands.\nUnderstands the packaging production process, collaborates with global production designers and ensures packaging design templates will be understandable and effective for sku production.\nCommunicates consistently with project stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met\nEnsures that quality and brand standards are met, and packaging solutions are provided in a way that will resonate with the consumer and facilitate the buying process.\nPresents designs to Packaging Design Manager and/or Senior Designer for review and approval.\nAbility to develop strong working relationships with peers, project members and global teams.\nYears of Experience\n2-5 years of experience\nEducation Qualification & Certifications\nRequired Minimum Qualifications:\nGraduation or diploma in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication or a related design discipline, with a design portfolio.\nSkill Set Required\nPrimary Skills (must have)\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and technically tight, print-ready mechanicals.\nStrong understanding of dyelines, prepress, Litho/Flexo and packaging production constraints.\nAbility to develop toolkits, style guides, schematics, mock-ups and scalable master templates.\nAbility to advise partners on production feasibility and independently resolve most artwork challenges.\nStrong collaboration,
