For more information, visit Lowes India\nAbout the Team\nThis position is part of Enterprise Strategic Sourcing Team, which has the responsibility to manage Indirect spend for Lowe’s India. This position will manage the various responsibilities related to procurement of IT (Hardware, Software, Equipment - Telecom, Networks, Printers, and Consulting solutions) products and services from third parties. Lead will coordinate with various stakeholders involved in procure to pay activities - primarily with Business/ Functional team members, Legal, Finance, Vendors, etc.\nJob Summary:\nThe primary purpose of this role is to execute complex IT sourcing projects that accomplish the goals of both the organization and the business units they support. These projects should be delivered utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, including scenario analysis to guide in decision making, and leveraging analytics and market intel to help the business identify opportunities with demand and usage for projects. Other key components of the role include leading continuous improvement activity's, building relationships with the business and support teams, and supporting key initiatives in support customer business goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupports the development and execution of competitive sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs and RFIs, based on business requirements.\nDevelops baseline analyses, spend analyses and current-state assessments to support sourcing strategies and events.\nAnalyzes and consolidates supplier proposals, pricing and bid responses.\nConducts initial bid, pricing and commercial analyses for sourcing events.\nPartners with the Market Intelligence team to conduct supplier and market research, identify potential suppliers, and provide analysis to support sourcing strategies, supplier selection and competitive sourcing events.\nCreates and administers sourcing events using applicable e-sourcing tools and processes.\nSupports supplier negotiations and the contracting process for vendor agreements, including master agreements, NDAs, SOWs and amendments, while adhering to applicable financial policies and compliance requirements.\nTracks sourcing initiatives, maintains project documentation and provides timely status updates to ESS and business partners.\nPartners with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support sourcing initiatives.\nBuilds and maintains effective relationships with business stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional partners.\n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\nProject management and organizational skills\nCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder
