For more information, visit Lowes India\nAbout Team\nThe Senior Analyst - Pro & Services Finance will support the Pro business, one of Lowe’s largest and most strategically important growth areas.\nPro represents a $30B+ annual business and serves professional customers across multiple customer segments, geographies, products, and fulfillment channels. The role provides significant exposure to business performance management, customer analytics, financial diagnostics, strategic initiatives, and automation. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.\nThis role is well suited for an individual who combines strong financial and analytical thinking with technical capabilities and stakeholder management skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze sales, margin, and plan performance across locations, products, customers, channels, and other business dimensions to identify underlying performance drivers.\nLead ad hoc analyses, diagnostics, and strategic deep dives in response to emerging business questions and leadership priorities.\nTranslate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks, identify the right datasets and methodologies, and drive analysis through completion.\nDevelop sales and margin decomposition models to explain performance and quantify key drivers, opportunities, and risks.\nPerform customer-level analytics including analytical solutions.\nSupport planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and other FP&A activities as required.\nCommunicate findings clearly to stakeholders, focusing not only on what happened, but also why it happened, what it means, and what actions should be considered.\nIndependently manage deliverables and stakeholder expectations while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail.\nEducation Qualifications\n4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analytics, financial reporting, or a related field.\n.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Python for analytics, automation, or data manipulation.\nExperience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.\nPrior experience in retail, customer analytics, commercial finance, sales finance, or business performance management.\nExperience developing automated reporting or zero-touch analytical solutions.\nExposure to customer segmentation, pricing, sales productivity,
