This role drives operational performance through data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager develops and executes fulfillment strategies that enhance service performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and customer expectations. Acting as both a strategic leader and operational expert, this position plays a critical role in advancing supply chain agility and service reliability.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the design, implementation, and optimization of fulfillment processes, tools, and workflows to improve service performance and cost efficiency.\nManage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and consultants to deliver business results and support professional growth.\nPartner with Distribution, Transportation, Merchandising, Technology, and Store Operations to align fulfillment initiatives with business priorities.\nAnalyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, measure ROI, and support strategic decisions.\nOversee fulfillment KPIs to proactively identify risks, trends, and improvement areas across channels and regions.\nCommunicate operational updates, business insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.\nSupport vendor selection and management activities to enhance fulfillment capabilities and scalability.\nChampion technology adoption, automation, and process simplification to improve associate productivity and customer experience.\nEngage with field and distribution teams to ensure consistent execution, operational alignment, and issue resolution.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable\n7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or operations management\n5-7 years demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from design through implementation with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.\n5-7 years strong proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting, and use of analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).\n3-5 years of experience leading teams or managing direct reports with demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent.\n3-5 years proven success driving process improvement, lean/six sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives within a fulfillment or operations environment.\n3-5 years experience collaborating with Distribution, Transportation, Technology, and Store Operations teams to deliver integrated supply chain solutions.\n1-2 years knowledge of fulfillment or logistics systems and technologies, such as WMS, TMS, OMS, or other order management tools.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.\nProven ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.\nPreferred Skills/Education\nExperience in the retail or home improvement industry.\nFamiliarity with service provider management or field-based fulfillment operations.\nCertification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management (PMP).\nExperience with automation, warehouse technologies, or fulfillment system integration.\nAbout Lowe’s\nLowe’s Companies, Inc.
