You will be expected to consistently perform your tasks efficiently and work with others as part of a team. In addition, all team members are expected to follow safety regulations and procedures.\nTeam Members work in diverse departments, each contributing to our supply chain operations. These departments include Building, Shipping, and Receiving.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive, organize, and ship products accurately and efficiently.\nPrioritize safety by adhering to proper procedures and conventions.\nPerform tasks in various departments as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.\nConduct safety inspections of equipment and adhere to safety regulations.\nMinimum Qualifications\nTeam members may work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with voluntary and scheduled overtime as needed (additional pay for overtime).\nPhysical fitness to move continuously throughout the facility, lift up to 70 pounds, and operate power equipment.\nAdherence to safety protocols, wearing necessary personal protective equipment.\nAbility to work in varying conditions, from extreme temperatures to noisy environments.\nStrong safety orientation and ability to work independently or within a team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.\nPrevious experience in distribution center operations or warehouse settings.\nProficiency in operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck).\nDetail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills.\nSpatial reasoning for effective product positioning.\nShift Schedule\nThis location has the greatest need for the below shifts:\nSunday-Thursday 4:30pm-1:00am\nMonday-Friday 4:30pm-1:00am\nWorking Conditions\nEnvironmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment.\nLifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 70 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 70 pounds or when needed.
