They also oversee inventory management processes and resolve any issues that arise.\nIdentify and remove detractors to flow for specific areas of a facility. Ensure that the set of discrete jobs in that area are executable.\nWe are looking for an inventory coordinator who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to manage complex systems, and who has excellent communication, math and analytical skills, and relevant computer software know-how. Inventory coordinators can expect to work with associated documentation, complete tasks alone and in teams, manage multiple inventories, and report to and advise company management.\nSuccessful inventory coordinators should have experience in inventory control, excellent time-management skills, and knowledge in organizational techniques. Ideal candidates will also be able to work extended hours if needed, and have experience in building strong working relationships.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nChampion Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Values by demonstrating the behaviors that contribute to Lozier’s success.\nIdentify discrete jobs that are incapable of processing, determine root cause, and take action to address.\nLiaison between manufacturing and production and inventory control.\nIdentify and correct any inventory accuracies.\nAudit transaction processes (job sign-off, sub inventory transfers, etc.) to ensure physical product matches ERP system.\nIdentify any bill of materials (BOM), route issues, and liaison between interdisciplinary teams.\nExecute continuous improvement projects related to improving product flow.\nIdentifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes.\nDemonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments.\nAbility to work and interact well with others.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent qualifying experience.\nExperience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.\nRequired Skills:\nDemonstrated ability to communicate professionally with others both verbally and in writing.\nDemonstrated ability to navigate applications and software.\nAnalytical mindset - ability and curiosity to solve problems.\nHighly organized.\nAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time.\nSelf- motivated, ability to work independently or as part of different team.\nPreferred Skills:\nOracle or other ERP.\nBasic level of Excel.\nSPECIAL DEMANDS\n Ability to work in a manufacturing setting, upstairs, downstairs, factory floor.\nOvertime as needed.\nThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
