This role leads product delivery by combining project management, business analysis, backlog governance, quality assurance coordination, and AI-driven process improvement to ensure the successful delivery of scalable business and technology solutions. It sits at the critical connection point between business priorities and technical execution, driving both operational improvements and strategic product initiatives.\nAs we expand our platform’s capabilities and scale our internal operations, this role will bring greater focus and coordination to project execution. You will lead efforts to define business needs, manage cross-team collaboration, streamline workflows, and ensure projects stay aligned with strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape innovative tools in the private asset analytics space.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee the functional requirements and backlog for our SQL-backed internal application, which processes large volumes of financial data\n\nUse basic SQL queries, Excel, and Power BI to validate requirements, perform data checks, and support testing\n\nEnsure high-quality product delivery through testing, validation, and defect management\n\nCoordinate test planning, user acceptance testing, and release readiness with development and business stakeholders\n\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements\n\nAct as a problem solver by breaking down ambiguous business challenges into actionable tasks\n\nDrive clarity and accountability through documentation, process mapping, and project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Asana)\n\nContribute to process improvement and strategic planning initiatives, including identifying and applying AI-enabled tools and workflows to increase efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality\n\nCoordinate internal teams to manage timelines, priorities, and resources across multiple concurrent projects\n\nFacilitate planning, progress tracking, and status updates to ensure milestones are met and risks are mitigated\n\nEstablish and evolve Agile best practices and SDLC methodologies to support scalable and efficient project delivery\n\nCollaborate with product owners and leadership to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment with business strategy\n\nProvide ongoing status reporting to stakeholders, highlighting progress, blockers, and resource needs\n\nSupport change management activities including stakeholder communication and training rollout\n\nQualifications and Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline\n\n2-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role in a technology-driven organization\n\nExperience in financial services, data-driven organizations, or analytics platforms is strongly preferred\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in process mapping and root cause analysis\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences\n\nHighly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nBasic SQL proficiency required (able to write simple queries (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY) to validate data and support testing\n\nProficiency with Excel and familiarity with Power BI for data validation and reporting\n\nExperience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Asana)\n\nStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Kanban, Waterfall\n\nExperience leading Agile or hybrid projects; certification such as Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus\n\nExperience coordinating quality assurance activities, including test planning, user acceptance testing, and
