Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas-and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupport Project Engineers and Project Managers in the successful execution of assigned project tasks and deliverables.\n\nPrepare and coordinate presentations and technical documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.\n\nReview, track, and process construction administration documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.\n\nParticipate in professional associations and industry activities to support continued learning and professional growth.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nAt LPA, your growth and contributions matter. Over the life of the grant program, we have invested $1,196,890 and impacted 848 LPA employees.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.\n\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.\n\nBroad understanding of civil engineering principles with experience in site development.\n\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nEngineer in Training (EIT) certification.\n\nLPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas, focused on creating forward-thinking, sustainable spaces that make a positive impact.
