We have completed projects such as Edwards Lifescience Campus Expansion, Southland Industries and Technology Company HQ Wellness Center.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios-and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCollaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers as part of LPA’s integrated, multidisciplinary design process.\n\nTake ownership of projects from concept through completion, contributing across all phases of design and delivery.\n\nPartner with Project Managers and Project Designers to execute project tasks, including coordinating and overseeing interior documentation.\n\nPrepare and manage design development and construction documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.\n\nLead and oversee the production work of junior designers, providing guidance and quality control.\n\nReview, coordinate, and process construction administration documents throughout the construction phase.\n\nConduct and organize research on materials, products, and construction methods to support design solutions.\n\nReceive mentorship from project leaders and managing directors while actively mentoring and supporting the professional growth of junior designers.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nAt LPA, your growth and contributions matter. Over the life of the grant program, we have invested $1,196,890 and impacted 848 LPA employees.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture.\n\n5+ years of professional experience across all phases of interior architecture projects.\n\nActively pursuing CID certification (or currently certified) and LEED accreditation.\n\nProficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of building codes, applicable regulations, construction materials, and specifications.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently with creativity, innovation, and design vision throughout programming, design, and project execution.\n\nCommitment to producing high-quality, well-coordinated construction documentation.\n\nLPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas.
