Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios-and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.\nWhat You'll Do:\nParticipate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.\n\nYou will assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignments.\n\nPrepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents.\n\nWork on research for product and construction methods related to projects.\n\nAttend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nAt LPA, your growth and contributions matter. Over the life of the grant program, we have invested $1,196,890 and impacted 848 LPA employees.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required\n\n2-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projects\n\nExperience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred\n\nEnthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nCommitted to building a long-term professional career\n\nLPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas.
