# Learning Operations Analyst

The Learning Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing the organization’s learning ecosystem and supporting enterprise learning initiatives through effective system administration, data analysis, content management, and process improvement. This role serves as a partner to HR and business stakeholders throughout the organization by ensuring seamless learner experience, leveraging learning data to drive informed decisions, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the system owner for the Dayforce LMS, driving platform optimization, governance, user experience enhancements, system support and adoption strategies Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map content to competency frameworks and learning paths; including the creation of learning libraries for specific areas (i.e. Engineering Learning Library) Identify opportunities to streamline learning operations through automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
