调度与血缘体系设计：设计统一批量调度（DAG/定时/重跑）与血缘、元数据体系，实现数据生产全链路的可追溯与血缘可查。\n5. 核心管道与框架落地：牵头开发核心数据管道（批量分层、增量与全量同步、幂等重跑、确定性重建），沉淀可复用的管道框架与标准组件，交付数据开发工程师维护与扩展。\n6. 数据标准与协作：与业务团队、数据研发协作，制定数据标准与治理规范，为数据开发工程师及日常运维提供架构指导与疑难攻坚，推动数据质量体系持续改进。\n任职要求：\n1. 3年以上数据工程/数仓建设经验，有金融行业或大规模数仓经验者优先。\n2. 精通数仓建模：数据分层、维度建模、主键与分区设计，熟悉调度编排（Airflow/DolphinScheduler /自研定时等）与血缘、元数据治理。\n3. 熟悉OLAP数据库的开发、建设与性能优化：ClickHouse/StarRocks/Doris/DolphinDB等，熟悉数据压缩、缓存、预计算、冷热分层及 Pipeline 优化。\n4. 熟悉主流数据链路与数据湖组件：Spark/Flink/Kafka/Iceberg 等。\n5. 熟练使用 Python/SQL，能独立完成核心管道的开发与性能调优。\n6. 对数据口径与可复现性有体感：时点口径（as-of）、历史重放与对账，知道偏差在哪个环节产生，并懂得在架构上拦截。\n7. 工作严谨细致，对数据质量有高要求，能把标准固化进管道。\n加分项：\n1. 对ClickHouse/Doris等 OLAP 引擎有原理级甚至源码级理解（MergeTree合并、向量化执行、存储引擎内部实现）。\n2. 有分布式存储、数据库内核、查询引擎或存储引擎相关开发经验。\n3. 有大规模指标计算、数据分析平台、实验平台或推荐/广告类数据系统建设经验。\n4. 熟悉实时链路：Kafka 消费、Flink 流处理、实时数仓，能统一批流。\n5. 有特征平台、数据湖（Iceberg / Hudi 等）落地经验。\n6. 数据源厂商工程侧或金融数据基建侧经验，离数据源与口径近。\n7. 有投研 / 分析类业务背景，理解「业务方怎么消费数据」。\n8. 有从 0 到 1
