JobOverview:
As an AVP Tech, DevOps Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for the Enterprise DevSecOps Engineering team and drive initiatives that enhance developer experience, delivery velocity, quality, and security across the organization. This role partners closelywithengineeringteamsandenterpriseplatformproviderstoestablishDevOpsstrategy,definetechnicalroadmaps,implementscalablesolutions,andpromoteoperationalexcellenceacrosscloudandCI/CDecosystems.

Providetechnicalleadershipandestablishstandardsthatalignengineeringoutcomeswithbusinesspriorities.
Partnerwithengineeringleadershiptodefine,promote,andscaleDevOpspracticesacrossproductengineeringteams.
Developmulti-yeartechnologyroadmapsalignedwithbusinessandtechnologyobjectives.
Establishdeploymentstandards,reusableinterfaces,andautomationframeworksforenterpriseadoption.
Evaluateindustrytrendsandcontinuouslyimprovedeploymentprocesses,tooling,andengineeringpractices.

Requirements:
8+yearsofSoftwareDevelopmentLifecycle(SDLC)experienceacrossmultipletechnologydisciplines,includingatleast5yearsofhands-onexperiencedesigning,implementing,andsupportingenterpriseCI/CDsolutions.
5+yearsofhands-onexperienceautomating,deploying,andmanagingcloud-basedapplicationsandinfrastructureinAWS.
2+yearsofexperienceworkingwithcontainerorchestrationplatformssuchasAmazonEKSorRedHatOpenShift.
1+yearofhands-onexperienceimplementingandsupportingfeatureflagstrategiesandBlue-Greendeploymentarchitecturesinenterpriseenvironments.
ExperienceacrossDevOpslifecycledomainsincludingContinuousIntegrationandContinuousDelivery(CI/CD),ContainerOrchestration,ConfigurationManagement,InfrastructureAutomation,MonitoringandObservability,andSecurityandCompliance.
CoreCompetencies:

Pay Range:
$118,656.00 - $197,760.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
