This role provides managerial oversight to specialized contingent workers while serving as the primary technical liaison between HR Systems, Enterprise IT, Security, and business stakeholders.\nThe successful candidate will combine deep expertise in Workday integrations, data management, and HR technology architecture with strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across the People Technology landscape.\nWorkday Integration Leadership\nOwn the design, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and data exchanges.\n\nLead the development and maintenance of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, RaaS, and API-based integrations.\n\nEnsure reliable integration between Workday and downstream systems including payroll, benefits, identity management, finance, recruiting, learning, and third-party vendors.\n\nEstablish integration standards, governance, monitoring, and documentation practices.\n\nDrive continuous improvement to optimize data quality, system performance, and operational efficiency.\n\nTechnical Liaison to IT\nServe as the primary point of contact between the People Systems organization and Enterprise IT teams.\n\nPartner with Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Identity Management, and Integration teams on technical solutions and strategic initiatives.\n\nTranslate business and HR requirements into scalable technical designs.\n\nEnsure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and data governance standards.\n\nLead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate resolution of complex integration and system issues.\n\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nPartner with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Finance teams to understand business requirements.\n\nCollaborate with Workday, Cornerstone and third-party vendors to implement enhancements and resolve issues.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations, project communications, and executive updates.\n\nFacilitate prioritization discussions and roadmap planning for People Systems initiatives.\n\nProject & Program Delivery\nLead integration-related projects through all phases, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday releases and new implementations.\n\nEstablish project governance, risk management, and quality assurance practices.\n\nSupport mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational transformation initiatives involving employee data and system integrations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience supporting Workday and HR technology ecosystems.\n\nExperience scoping and overseeing the quality of work performed by others (either direct reports or contingent workers)\n\nDeep knowledge of:\nWorkday Integrations\n\nWorkday Studio\n\nEnterprise Interface Builder (EIB)\n\nWorkday APIs and Web Services\n\nCore Connectors\n\nPECI and payroll integrations\n\nXML, XSLT, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs\n\nSQL and data analysis techniques\n\nExperience integrating Workday with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and enterprise applications.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and stakeholder relationships.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday Integration Certification(s).\n\nExperience supporting global HR operations and payroll integrations.\n\nKnowledge of HR data privacy regulations and security frameworks.\n\nExperience with Agile project delivery methodologies.\n\nPMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications\n\nPay Range:\n$105,575.00 - $175,924.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
