We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong expertise in C#/.NET preferred; strong Java experience will also be considered.\nDemonstrated experience developing enterprise applications using REST APIs, microservices, relational databases, and modern software engineering/testing practices.\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on AWS and cloud-native application development experience, building and enhancing scalable, high-performing applications and services.\nExperience with AWS services such as Lambda and Step Functions, API-first design, distributed systems, performance optimization, and production system enhancements.\nDemonstrated ability to remain hands-on with coding while providing technical leadership, including solution design, code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentoring.\nCore Competencies - AI Awareness & Design Expectations:\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate software development.\nFamiliarity with LLMs for code generation, review, refactoring, and debugging.\nFamiliarity with Figma or similar tools for design collaboration.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI practices, including data privacy and security.\nPreferences:\nExperience within wealth management, fintech, or the broader financial services industry is preferred.\nExperience with API management and tools such as SwaggerHub.\nExperience with cloud transformation initiatives, with AWS strongly preferred.\nUnderstanding of DevSecOps practices.\nExperience with source control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong technical mentorship and engineering leadership skills.\nBS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n** This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence at our Charlotte/Fort Mill or NYC/Midtown office 2-3 days per week, as much of the team and leadership are based there.\nPay Range:\n$140,500.00 - $234,100.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
