This role combines technical program management expertise with Agile delivery practices to support enterprise-scale technology initiatives. The AVP partners closely with senior stakeholders to align program roadmaps with business objectives, provide executive-level reporting, manage governance activities, and drive execution across complex, cross-functional programs.\nResponsibilities:\nManage large-scale technology programs and portfolio deliverables, ensuring effective governance of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.\n\nPartner with senior business and technology stakeholders to develop, maintain, and track program roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives.\n\nDeliver executive-level status reporting, dashboards, presentations, and governance materials using program metrics and OKRs.\n\nCoordinate dependencies across multiple initiatives and communicate impacts, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.\n\nMaintain governance forums, reviews, and reporting cadences to support program oversight and compliance.\n\nAssess project-level impacts to programs and portfolios and escalate risks and issues when appropriate.\n\nProvide timely status updates throughout the software delivery lifecycle.\n\nCollaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and delivery teams to support Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, retrospectives, refinement sessions, and PI events.\n\nFacilitate continuous improvement through process optimization, metrics analysis, retrospectives, and team engagement practices.\n\nIdentify, track, and help remove delivery impediments, escalating issues and recommending resolution strategies when needed.\n\nMaintain governance dashboards and ensure reporting remains current and compliant.\n\nPartner with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Operations, and Transformation organizations.\n\nTrack program budgets, actual expenditures, forecasts, and financial performance reporting.\n\nMaintain accurate team rosters and resource tracking information.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nWe’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, Agile delivery leadership, or a related discipline within a large enterprise environment.\n\nExperience managing enterprise-scale technology programs and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nExperience preparing executive-level reporting, presentations, and governance materials.\n\nExperience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and related project delivery and reporting tools.\n\nCore Competencies:\nProven experience managing multi-million-dollar programs.\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nStrong executive presence with demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and provide insight to senior leadership.\n\nRelationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.\n\nDemonstrates Agile values and principles in day-to-day delivery practices.\n\nAbility to prioritize work and contribute to team prioritization activities.\n\nGuides team members in understanding roles and responsibilities and supports conflict resolution.\n\nEffectively partners with Product Owners and development teams to deliver business value.\n\nTracks progress through metrics and OKRs and communicates status effectively.\n\nPartners internally and externally to solve complex problems, escalate critical issues, and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nProactively identifies, tracks, and removes impediments to program success.\n\nStrong financial management capabilities.\n\nAbility to synthesize and present information in executive-level presentations.\n\nWorks independently with minimal supervision.\n\nStrong attention to detail.\n\nDemonstrates ownership, a\n\nccountability, and follow-through to closure.\n\nPreferences:\nMBA or Master’s degree in a related field.\n\nPMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar program management certification.\n\nExperience supporting hybrid teams consisting of multiple vendors and complex project environments.\n\nPay Range:\n$113,918.00 - $189,829.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
