This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable cloud-enabled web applications and services that support new business capabilities and digital experiences. The position partners closely with business stakeholders, architects, quality assurance, release management, and governance teams to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise for AWS-based applications and services.\n\nGuide development teams in implementing cloud-native architectures, web applications, and service-oriented solutions.\n\nMentor and support developers in adopting new technologies, frameworks, and development practices.\n\nAnalyze existing applications and systems to identify modernization and improvement opportunities.\n\nAssess technical risks and develop recommendations for issue resolution and solution delivery.\n\nCollaborate with architecture teams to create and maintain technical documentation in accordance with SDLC standards.\n\nCommunicate technical concepts, designs, and delivery plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade services and application components.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and present solution designs to development peers and stakeholders.\n\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and provide advanced debugging support.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies, design proposals, and process improvements to enhance scalability, performance, and reliability.\n\nContribute to solution estimation activities, including ROM-level effort assessments.\n\nMaintain platform documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise governance requirements.\n\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nWe are seeking professionals who are motivated to pursue greatness, act with integrity, are driven to help our clients succeed, consistently win together, and actively create and share joy while contributing to innovative technology solutions in a collaborative environment.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n7+ years of experience with Angular or a similar UI framework.\n\n7+ years of experience with .NET development.\n\n7+ years of experience with SQL Server.\n\n5+ years of experience with AWS services, including CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, Fargate/EKS, and Aurora.\n\nPreferences:\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\n\nExperience with DevOps practices and tooling.\n\nExperience supporting business-to-business customer experience portals.\n\nPay Range:\n$140,500.00 - $234,100.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
