In this role, you will design, develop, and lead the implementation of large-scale enterprise services using AWS cloud-native technologies to manage participant data for millions of advisors. You will contribute to distributed systems architecture, implement CQRS and event sourcing patterns, support real-time event streaming, and deploy containerized applications in AWS environments.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native services hosted in AWS.\nBuild, deploy, and support containerized applications in AWS EKS environments using Helm charts, blue/green deployment strategies, and auto-scaling capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for AWS services including EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, and RDS.\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs that support versioning and backward compatibility requirements.\nParticipate in event storming, domain modeling, architecture discussions, and technical design reviews with cross-functional teams.\nImplement CQRS, event sourcing, and event-driven architectures to support scalable and resilient business services.\nContribute to application performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence initiatives.\nSupport integration and modernization efforts across enterprise platforms and services.\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nWe are seeking professionals who consistently pursue greatness, act with integrity, are driven to help our clients succeed, win together, and create and share joy. The ideal candidate brings strong experience building distributed systems, collaborates effectively across technical and business teams, and delivers scalable, resilient solutions that support business growth and client success.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of experience in software engineering, including progressive technical lead responsibilities within enterprise technology environments.\nExperience with at least one of the following technologies: C# 10+, .NET Core, Python, or Java.\n5+ years of experience with AWS services including EKS/ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, ElastiCache Redis, RDS Aurora, and API Gateway.\n3+ years of experience implementing CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns.\nExperience with caching and event streaming technologies such as Kafka or similar platforms.\nPreferences:\nProficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.\nExperience working with PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases.\nFamiliarity with legacy system integration and migration strategies.\nKnowledge of event sourcing data modeling and schema evolution.\nExperience with AI-assisted software development practices.\nPay Range:\n$140,500.00 - $234,100.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
