This role supports application health and performance through monitoring, incident response, platform maintenance, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. The position partners closely with Platform Engineering, DevOps, Operations, Incident Management, and application teams to improve platform stability, support production environments, mature CI/CD processes, and enhance observability capabilities across the enterprise.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with Product Owners and engineering teams to provide operational support and release execution for technology initiatives.\n\nValidate operational readiness for platform changes, including rollback plans, runbooks, integration requirements, and support transitions.\n\nMaintain platform stability during technology transformations and production deployments.\n\nSupport platform ownership transitions and operational readiness activities across globally distributed teams.\n\nTroubleshoot platform and application issues to restore service and minimize business impact.\n\nServe as an escalation point for complex production incidents and operational challenges.\n\nParticipate in incident triage, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and resolution activities.\n\nPartner with engineering teams to implement permanent solutions that reduce recurring production issues.\n\nSupport mission-critical environments by ensuring timely incident resolution and operational continuity.\n\nPerform platform health reviews, configuration assessments, and performance evaluations to identify operational risks.\n\nExecute reliability initiatives focused on improving recovery times, reducing incident recurrence, and minimizing change-related defects.\n\nValidate vendor releases, hotfixes, and configuration updates prior to production deployment.\n\nCollaborate with observability and analytics teams to improve monitoring, alerting, and issue detection capabilities.\n\nExecute platform changes through established SDLC, change management, and release management processes.\n\nPartner with Platform Engineering, DevOps, Quality Engineering, and Scrum teams to enhance release and deployment practices.\n\nSupport adoption of source control, environment separation, release automation, and CI/CD capabilities.\n\nEnsure technology solutions are testable, deployable, and operationally supported before and after production implementation.\n\nMaintain runbooks, support documentation, configuration records, incident playbooks, and release procedures.\n\nDocument incident findings, lessons learned, and process improvements.\n\nContribute to repeatable, scalable operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nWe seek professionals who pursue greatness, act with integrity, are driven to help our clients succeed, win together, and create and share joy. Success in this role requires collaboration across technology teams, a commitment to operational excellence, and a focus on delivering reliable and scalable platform services.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n6+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), platform engineering, production support, enterprise application operations, or related technology environments.\n\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise platforms, including AWS, Dynatrace, ELK, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds.\n\nExperience troubleshooting complex production incidents within enterprise-scale technology environments.\n\nExperience executing technology changes through formal change management and release management processes.\n\nCore Competencies:\nProduction Support & Incident Management\n\nObservability Technology Platforms\n\nPlatform Stability & Reliability Engineering\n\nRelease Management & Change Control\n\nRoot Cause Analysis & Problem Resolution\n\nPreferences:\nExperience within financial services or another regulated industry.\n\nExperience implementing or supporting CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment processes across development, testing, and production environments.\n\nExperience with observability platforms, monitoring tools, performance dashboards, or application monitoring solutions.\n\nExperience collaborating with offshore, nearshore, or global delivery teams.\n\nPay Range:\n$101,558.00 - $169,229.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
