The ideal candidate collaborates effectively across teams, embraces accountability, seeks opportunities to win together, and helps create and share joy while delivering innovative solutions that support LPL Financial’s business objectives and client experience.\nRequirements:\n8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development using .NET/C#, Angular, and JavaScript/TypeScript.\n8+ years of experience building and deploying applications on AWS, including EKS, RDS/Aurora, S3, Athena, and EventBridge.\n6+ years of experience designing and developing distributed, scalable, and resilient systems.\nExperience developing ETL processes, data integrations, and data pipelines.\n6+ years of experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools such as GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins, or similar platforms.\nCore Competencies:\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\nStrong collaboration and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset.\nAbility to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.\nPassion for continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.\nPreferences:\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Chat, Cursor, or similar technologies.\nAWS Associate-level certifications (Developer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent).\nHands-on experience with Kong API Gateway.\nExperience building and supporting APIs and microservices architectures.\nFamiliarity with GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted software development tools.\nPay Range:\n$106,100.00 - $176,900.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
