They should have experience developing backend microservices and REST APIs with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, OpenFeign, gRPC (Zeebe/Camunda clients), and Docker containers, and working in event-driven systems using Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Camunda 8 (Zeebe) workflow orchestration (job workers, user tasks, BPMN-driven processes).
