We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client-focused, team oriented, and are able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.\nRequiremen ts\nMinimum of 10 years of professional software development experience designing and developing enterprise web applications, APIs, and distributed systems using the .NET technology stack.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience serving in a Technical Lead, Lead Software Engineer, or Software Engineering Lead role delivering complex software solutions.\nMinimum of 3\nyears of hands-on experience building and supporting cloud-native applications on AWS.\n Strong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Angular (Angular 8+ preferred).\nExperience with Git-based source control and modern CI/CD practices within Agile software delivery environments.\nCore Competencies\nDeep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and service-oriented architecture principles.\nStrong expertise designing scalable, resilient, and high-performing enterprise applications.\nAbility to lead technical discussions, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineering teams.\nExcellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across business, product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams.\nExperience providing technical estimates and driving successful solution delivery.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, automated testing, deployment, and release management practices.\nInnovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and modern engineering practices.\nPreferences\nExperience building customer-facing applications or self-service portals.\nExperience developing customer service or workflow-driven applications.\nExperience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.\nExperience with microservices and event-driven architectures.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks including NUnit, JUnit, Jasmine/Karma, or equivalent.\nExperience modernizing legacy applications into cloud-native architectures.\nFinancial services or other highly regulated industry experience.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nPay Range:\n$170,800.00 - $284,600.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
