This role is responsible for processing technology-related requests, responding to advisor inquiries, providing application support, and ensuring operational activities are completed accurately and in compliance with firm policies and procedures. The position partners closely with internal departments and external clients to deliver efficient service and support for technology products and platform access.\nResponsibilities\nProvide high-quality service and support to financial advisors, advisor staff, and internal business partners through phone, email, and operational support channels.\n\nProcess requests to add, modify, or remove access to advisor technology platforms and supported applications.\n\nSupport first-contact resolution efforts by assisting users with technology processes, systems, and platform navigation.\n\nProvide application support for proprietary and third-party technology solutions, including troubleshooting access and operational issues.\n\nDevelop and maintain expertise in CTM-supported products and services to assist advisors and internal stakeholders with technology-related needs.\n\nDeliver training, guidance, and operational knowledge sharing to processing and service teams.\n\nParticipate in and lead meetings related to product enhancements, process improvements, project initiatives, and operational updates.\n\nPerform product reconciliation, data analysis, reporting, and information gathering activities as required.\n\nCommunicate product requirements, operational procedures, and compliance-related guidelines to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with departments including Tech Support, Registration, New Client Onboarding, Business Transitions, Business Consulting, Cash Management, and other business partners.\n\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nWe're looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Client Services, Technology Support, or a related field.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\n\nExperience supporting clients, business partners, or users through phone, email, or operational service channels.\n\nExperience processing operational requests while maintaining accuracy and adherence to established procedures.\n\nAbility to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions effectively.\n\nCore Competencies\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.\n\nEffective organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations.\n\nAbility to manage priorities while adhering to regulatory and firm requirements.\n\nPreferences\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nExperience with Oracle, Documentum, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms.\n\nExperience using Salesforce, Adobe Professional, ASAT, or comparable business applications.\n\nFamiliarity with advisor technology platforms or financial services operations.\n\nExperience supporting technology products, user access management, or operational workflows.\n\nPay Range:\n$22.48-$37.44/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
