We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.\n5+ years of designing, implementing, and managing large-scale, complex enterprise-level infrastructure environments.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\nCore Competencies:\nExtensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and hybrid cloud strategies.\nDeep understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).\nStrong knowledge of storage solutions, databases, and data management best practices.\nExcellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nPreferences:\nDemonstrated experience with infrastructure automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell).\nIn-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and vulnerability management.\nExperience in the financial services industry is a plus.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nPay Range:\n$128,750.00 - $214,549.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
