The Ingredients We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
5-7 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in hospitality, F&B, or retail.
Skills:
Advanced Excel (pivot tables are your playground).
Analytical prowess (you see trends where others see chaos).
Stellar communication (you can explain financials to a chef and a CEO).
POS and inventory management experience (a bonus!).
The Secret Sauce:
A proactive, can-do attitude.
A love for detail (because the devil-and the profit-is in the details).
