The Role

As Office Coordinator, you keep the back office of our new beachfront restaurant running smoothly. You look after the day to day administration, coordinate between the management team and our partners, and make sure everything behind the scenes is organised so the operation can focus on the guests.

What you'll do

• Run the day to day administration of the office
• Act as the coordination point between management and external partners
• Coordinate appraisals, trainings and team schedules
• Keep records, documents and trackers accurate and up to date
• Support reporting, purchase requests and supplier paperwork
• Help organise meetings, calendars and internal communication
• Handle confidential information with discretion

What you need

• Experience in an office, administration or coordination role
• Very organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident with Excel, Outlook and general office systems
• A clear communicator who works well with different teams
• Fluent English
