Now we’re growing in the US, and we’re looking for a Director of Operations, US to lead the way.\nThe role\nYou report directly to the CEO and lead all US operations. You manage our General Managers and their teams, own regional performance, and shape how LPM grows across the country.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead, coach and grow our General Managers; build bench strength and succession for new openings\n\nOwn the regional P&L: budgets, forecasts, labor, F&B cost, CapEx and EBITDA\n\nBuild and deliver the US strategy with the CEO and the Regional Executive Chef\n\nKeep every visit unmistakably LPM: service standards, training, ambiance\n\nLead new US openings, from location design and budgets to post-opening follow-up\n\nBuild strong relationships with our hotel and management partners\n\nWork with Marketing on PR, events and local activations\n\nKeep licenses, permits and compliance in order in every state we operate in\n\nWhat you bring\n6 to 10 years in senior multi-unit operations leadership in upscale or fine dining\n\nA proven record of running multiple locations and delivering on P&L targets\n\nRestaurant openings under your belt\n\nStrong financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, cost control\n\nA genuine love of French cuisine and culture\n\nA hands-on style: you lead from the floor during service, not just from the office\n\nFlexibility to travel between US locations\n\nA bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business or similar is preferred\n\nWhat we offer\nA solid Base salary, plus performance bonus\n\nMedical, dental, vision and life insurance; [401(k)will be added soon]\n\nPaid time off and dining privileges\n\nA direct line to the CEO of an international group\n\nThe chance to build LPM’s US footprint from the ground up\n\nReady to lead LPM in America?
