In this role, you will be responsible for processing in-service contract set-up, service order set-up and service order closure requests within agreed turnaround times and quality SLA/KPIs. You will work closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Service Delivery and Finance to support accurate and efficient service delivery.\nWhat we offer you\nThe opportunity to work for an organization that has a well-defined sense of purpose, is values driven and helps colleagues to develop professionally and personally through our range of people development programmes.\nA full-time permanent role.\nThe role\nSet up, amend and maintain In-Service contracts in ByD.\nProcess Credit Notes in accordance to client contracts, regulations and requests.\nProcess invoicing in accordance with client contracts and country requirements.\nEnsure pre billing queries are accurately categorised, up to date, monitored and resolved in a timely manner.\nEnsure client requirements are maintained accurately.\nBuild positive working relationships across different departments, including Commercial, Service Delivery, In-Service Finance, FSD, Product Pricing and Management.\nWhat you bring\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.\nRelevant experience in administration, service delivery, billing, order management or operational support.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.\nExperience working in a customer-focused environment and delivering against SLAs, KPIs and deadlines.\nSolid attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage accurate data, contracts and transactions.\nSolid communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\nPractical experience of processing invoices and credit notes in an ERP, preferably SAP\nAbility to read and interpret commercial contract terms such as pricing, payment terms and milestones and apply them accurately to billing \nIntermediate excel including pivot tables, lookup and data checking. \nNice to have\nSAP knowledge, in particular Business by Design\nPrevious exposure working in a global matrix organization\nYou are someone who\nHas good planning and process management skills (scopes the length and difficulty of tasks; sets objectives and goals; breaks down work into process steps)\nShows persistence in the face of obstacles\nDisplays a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment and ability to work both on their own and as part of a team with colleagues in person and around the world.\nIs focused on customers and committed to delivering high-quality customer service\nHas good command (written and oral) in English language using relevant professional terminology.\n#LI-KC1 #LI-\nAbout us\nWe are a leading international technical professional service provider and a leader in classification, compliance, and consultancy services to the marine and offshore industry, a trusted advisor to our customers helping to design, construct and operate their assets to the highest levels of safety and performance.
