Register’s Business Glossary, ensuring business terms and physical data fields are accurately defined and governed within Microsoft Purview.\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve the Data Definition process.\nCollaborate with Data Experts, Business Teams, and Technology Teams to capture and document critical business and technical metadata.\nEnsure alignment between data definitions, application interfaces, reporting, analytics, and business processes.\nProvide regular updates and recommendations to Data Governance stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and priorities.\nData Quality Management\nOwn and continuously enhance Lloyd’s Register’s Data Quality Framework.\nDefine, implement, and monitor data quality rules, controls, and standards.\nEstablish and maintain the enterprise Data Quality Issue Inventory as the central repository for data quality issues.Partner with Data Experts and Technology Teams to investigate, prioritize, and resolve high-priority data quality issues..\nDevelop and deliver data quality metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting for stakeholders and issue owners.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability..\nMaster Data Management\nOwn and maintain Lloyd’s Register’s Master Data Control Framework.\nSupport the Client Data Programme by establishing trusted master data processes, governance controls, workflows, and approval mechanisms.\nDefine client data requirements across consuming applications and support implementation of data models within Salesforce.\nDesign and implement input controls that prevent data quality issues at source.\nDefine and govern client data update, merge, de-duplication, and retirement processes.\nEstablish and embed operational processes for capturing and maintaining client data.Identify root causes of client data issues and implement sustainable improvements..\nCommunicate progress, risks, and recommendations to Data Governance forums and senior stakeholders.\nTeam Leadership\nProvide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Data Management Analysts.\nReview and quality assure analysis Master Data Management, or related disciplinesProven experience leading or owning a business-critical data domain, such as Client or Customer Data.a.\nExperience operating within complex, multi-system enterprise environments.\nExperience working with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality processesExperience within regulated, compliance-focused, or risk-aware organizations.sDemonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring analysts, and implementing organizational change.e.\nData Management ExpertisSolid understanding of: f:\nData Quality dimensions, controls, and monitoring frameworks\nMetadata Management and Data Definition practices\nBusiness Glossaries and Data Catalogues\nMaster Data Management principles and lifecycle management\nData
