values-led environment focused on continuous improvement.\n\nThe role\nOversee enterprise transformation projects from the business case stage through implementation and benefits realization.\nDeliver strategic projects aligned with Lloyd’s Register’s transformation agenda, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budget, and business outcomes.\nDevelop and maintain robust project governance, including business cases, RAID logs, reporting, and Steering Committee updates.\nPartner with Change Management, Business Analysis, Portfolio Management, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and adoption of change.\nCoordinate cross-functional workstreams across Business, Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other corporate functions.\nBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear communication, effective governance, and timely escalation of risks and issues.\nIdentify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to help ensure effective program delivery.\nApply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches where appropriate, adapting methodologies to business needs.\nPromote the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working by working closely with Change Managers.\nContribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and enhancing project delivery practices across the organisation.\n\nWhat you bring\nDemonstrated experience, typically 5 or more years, delivering enterprise business transformation or organizational change initiatives within large or complex organizations.\nDemonstrated experience leading projects from initiation through implementation and benefits realisation.\nExperience delivering transformation involving business process improvement, operating model redesign, organisational change, and technology-enabled business change.\nDeep knowledge of project governance, including business case creation, RAID tracking, project status reporting, and executive oversight.\nExperience collaborating with Change Management and Business Analysis teams to support effective organizational change.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.\nWell-developed skills in planning, organization, communication, and managing stakeholders.\nPractical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to apply them pragmatically.\nA collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, value delivery, and measurable business outcomes.\nProfessional certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM.\n\nImportant note for applicants\nThis role is specifically focused on enterprise business transformation and organisational change.\nQualified candidates will typically have experience leading transformation programs involving business process improvement, operating model redesign, organizational change, business case development, project governance, stakeholder management, change adoption, and benefits realization.\nThis is not primarily an IT delivery, software implementation, product management, engineering, construction, or infrastructure project management role.\nThis position is probably not well suited to candidates whose experience is mostly in software development, product delivery, engineering, construction, shipbuilding, or portfolio management rather than overseeing enterprise transformation programs.\n\nYou’ll be especially well suited for this role if you have experience:\nDelivering enterprise transformation programmes.\nManaging improvements to business processes or operating models.\nDeveloping business cases and managing project governance.\nMaintaining RAID logs and reporting to Steering Committees.\nPromoting stakeholder engagement and supporting organizational change.\nTracking benefits
