Combining solid Salesforce experience, systems thinking and data governance capability, you will play a key role in shaping LR’s GTM architecture, improving client data quality and enabling more connected, efficient and insight-driven Marketing and Commercial operations. You will be comfortable translating business requirements into practical solutions, managing cross-functional stakeholders and implementing technology, automation and AI-enabled capabilities that support future growth.\nWhat we offer you\nThe opportunity to work for an organization that has a clear sense of purpose, is values-based and helps colleagues to develop professionally and personally through our range of people development programmes.\nA full-time permanent role\nThe role\nDesign and coordinate the evolution of LR’s marketing and go-to-market (GTM) architecture, creating scalable, secure and commercially effective technology solutions.\nShape the target-state GTM environment across Salesforce, Account Engagement and connected platforms, including system dependencies, integration patterns, data flows and technical standards.\nDevelop and manage the marketing technology roadmap, business requirements and prioritised delivery backlog, aligned to the strategic direction set by the Head of Marketing Operations.\nImprove the quality, structure, governance and usability of client, account, contact, lead, opportunity and campaign data.\nEstablish data definitions, ownership, validation rules and governance processes, while enhancing account hierarchies, identity resolution, segmentation and data stewardship practices.\nRefine lead, contact, account, opportunity and campaign processes to improve alignment between Marketing and Commercial teams and support better commercial outcomes.\nTranslate marketing and commercial requirements into clear solution designs, data specifications and acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate delivery with Aventra, CTIO and internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, tested, documented and maintainable.\nLead business acceptance testing (UAT), release planning and stakeholder adoption for significant system enhancements and changes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, integrations and low-code technologies, and evaluate build, buy and partner options for new GTM capabilities.\nEstablish the foundations for AI-enabled GTM workflows and decision-support capabilities, ensuring appropriate controls for data access, permissions, privacy, testing, monitoring and human oversight.\nPartner closely with Marketing Operations, Commercial Excellence, CTIO, Reporting & Insights teams and external partners to deliver technology and data solutions that improve decision-making and commercial performance.\nWhat you bring\nSolid experience in GTM architecture, Salesforce, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology or business systems within a B2B environment.\nPractical knowledge of Salesforce data structures, objects, workflows, automation and security.\nExperience with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) or a comparable marketing automation platform.\nExperience designing system architectures, data models, integrations or scalable technical solutions.\nUnderstanding of lead, contact, account, opportunity and campaign management processes.\nExperience improving data quality, governance, validation, identity resolution and stewardship.\nAbility to gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs and technical specifications.\nExperience managing delivery with technology teams, consultants or implementation partners.\nUnderstanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, automation and event-driven concepts.\nExperience with UAT, release governance, documentation and technical acceptance.\nKnowledge of privacy, consent, permissions, access controls and security principles.\nProficiency in spoken and written English.\nNice to have\nExperience with AI-enabled workflows, Data Cloud, integration platforms or low-code technologies.\nYou are someone who\nIs keen to take accountability and ownership for delivering customer needs\nIs able to self-manage and prioritize tasks towards meeting goals\nIs effective at solving problems, trouble-shooting and making timely decisions\nIs motivated and willing to take initiative\nCommunicates in a structured way and has ability to present technical ideas in user-friendly language\nDisplays a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment\nResponds positively to learning opportunities and is comfortable stepping out of own comfort zone\n#LI-KC1 #LI-Hybrid\nAbout us\nWe are a leading international technical professional service provider and a leader in classification, compliance, and consultancy services to the marine and offshore industry, a trusted advisor to our customers helping to design, construct and operate their assets to the highest levels of safety and performance.
