This role requires a balanced mix of consulting, software development, data analytics, testing, and AI-assisted delivery capabilities.\nThe ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders, using modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate solution design, development, testing, and delivery of high-quality digital products.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll do:\nLead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering discussions.\nTranslate business requirements into web application and dashboard solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain modern web applications using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies.\nBuild client health and business performance dashboards that provide actionable insights.\nIntegrate and analyse data from multiple systems and sources.\nDefine and implement key business metrics, KPIs, data visualisations, and reporting solutions.\nPerform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.\nTroubleshoot production and application issues while ensuring solution reliability and performance.\nCollaborate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and data teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nDrive projects independently from requirement gathering through delivery and support..\nWhat we're looking for:\n5+ years of experience in web application development and solution delivery.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.\nHands-on experience using AI-powered development tools and prompt engineering techniques.\nStrong understanding of SQL, data modelling, analytics, ETL processes, and reporting concepts.\nExperience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom web-based reporting solutions.\nKnowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test automation.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.\nAbility to independently own solution design, development, testing, and delivery.\nExperience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with data APIs, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms.\nExposure to Agile, Kanban, AI Flow, or modern AI-assisted software development methodologies.\nBasic understanding of machine learning, AI agents, or GenAI-based solutions\nBenefits\nLRN is an equal opportunity employer.
