This role ensures that organizational processes meet quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements, with a strong focus on risk management and continual improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and conduct third-party audits in accordance with ISO standards.\nDevelop audit plans, checklists, and reports ensuring compliance and accuracy.\nAssess organizational adherence to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).\nIdentify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation.\nProvide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance and best practices.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nMandatory:\nCertified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.\nProven experience conducting third-party audits.\nPreferred:\nBackground in the mining industry or similar heavy industrial sectors.\nMinimum 5 years auditing experience having various EA codes. \nSenior, experienced IMS lead auditor for QMS, EMS and OHSMS auditing to standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, preferrable having additonal schemes. \nCertified Lead Auditor for ISO 27001, Energy, ISO 14064/verifier\nStrong understanding of risk-based auditing and integrated management systems.\nSkills & Competencies\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and report-writing abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple audits and deadlines effectively.\nHigh attention to detail and integrity in compliance processes.\n\nWho are LRQA?\nLRQA is a leading global assurance partner, combining deep industry expertise with innovative solutions to help organizations manage risk, improve performance, and drive sustainable growth.\nOperating in over 50 countries with a team of 2,500+ professionals, we support more than 60,000 clients worldwide through assurance, certification, cybersecurity, inspection, and training services.
