Kuala Lumpur - Naza Tower\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our APAC Regional Marketing Team, based in Kuala Lumpur.You will play an important role in supporting regional marketing activities, including organising webinars and events, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media activities and supporting lead generation initiatives.\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys making things happen - a self-starter who takes ownership, pays attention to detail and is comfortable managing multiple activities from planning through to execution.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nWebinar & Event Management\nPlan, coordinate and execute webinars, seminars, conferences, roundtables and other virtual and in-person events. \nManage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, registrations, speakers, promotional materials, attendee management and on-site coordination. \nCoordinate webinar setup, invitations, reminders and post-event follow-up activities. \nWork closely with Sales teams to drive participation, lead generation and follow-up. \nTrack event performance, attendance and leads generated.\nMarketing Campaign Execution\nSupport the execution of regional marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities and global marketing strategy. \nCoordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, event invitations and promotional activities. \nWork with internal teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely campaign delivery. \nSupport the development and localisation of marketing collateral, presentations and promotional materials. \nEnsure marketing activities are aligned with LRQA's brand guidelines.\nSocial Media & Digital Marketing Support\nCoordinate and publish social media content, particularly on LinkedIn, to promote events, webinars, campaigns and company updates. \nSupport the creation of engaging posts and coordinate content and visuals with relevant teams. \nAssist with website updates, landing pages and digital marketing activities in collaboration with the wider marketing team. \nSupport email marketing and digital lead generation initiatives. \nMonitor social media engagement and support campaign performance reporting.\nLead Generation & Reporting\nSupport marketing initiatives focused on generating quality leads and business opportunities. \nCoordinate with Sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are captured, assigned and followed up. \nMaintain accurate campaign and event records in CRM and marketing platforms. \nTrack and report on campaign performance, registrations, attendance, engagement and lead generation. \nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. \n3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, professional services or corporate environment. \nProven experience independently organising and executing webinars and physical events is essential. \nExperience supporting marketing campaigns, email marketing and social media activities. \nFamiliarity with webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar, Microsoft Teams or Zoom. \nExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or Pardot would be advantageous. \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. \nFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Canva, email marketing platforms or website content management systems is desirable. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nA hands-on doer: Takes initiative, enjoys execution and gets things done without constant supervision. \nEnthusiastic and energetic: Brings a positive attitude, fresh ideas and a willingness to learn. \nHighly organised: Can manage multiple events, webinars and campaigns while meeting deadlines. \nDetail-oriented: Takes pride in delivering high-quality work. \nProactive and resourceful: Anticipates challenges, finds solutions and takes ownership. \nA collaborative team player: Works effectively with colleagues across different countries and functions. \nFlexible and adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. \nWho are LRQA?\nLRQA is a leading global assurance partner, combining deep industry expertise with innovative solutions to help organizations manage risk, improve performance, and drive sustainable growth.\nOperating in over 50 countries with a team of 2,500+ professionals, we support more than 60,000 clients worldwide through assurance, certification, cybersecurity, inspection, and training services.
