Partner with sales teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to develop and deliver marketing initiatives that generate engagement, improve lead quality, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan, execute, and measure integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the Americas.\nPartner with sales and business leaders to translate commercial priorities into effective marketing plans.\nSupport account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, including audience targeting and account engagement. \nManage digital marketing activities across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, web, and social channels. \nCollaborate with internal teams and agency partners to optimize campaign performance, messaging, and conversion rates. \nDevelop and localize content aligned with regional market and customer needs. \nPlan and promote webinars and events, including audience acquisition, follow-up activities, and ROI measurement. \nManage lead nurture campaigns and use performance data to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion. \nGather customer, competitor, and industry insights to identify new marketing opportunities. \nTrack campaign performance and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nApproximately 5 years of B2B marketing experience. \nExperience independently managing multiple campaigns and priorities. \nStrong background in digital marketing and integrated campaign execution. \nExperience partnering closely with sales teams to support commercial objectives. \nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills. \nUnderstanding of how marketing contributes to lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth. \nExperience with account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and audience targeting. \nAbility to analyze campaign performance data and optimize marketing activities accordingly. \nExperience developing and localizing content for regional markets. \nCommercially minded, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership from strategy through execution and measurement. \nAbility to understand business challenges, develop marketing approaches, and deliver measurable results. \nExperience within cybersecurity, professional services, assurance, sustainability, or other complex B2B environments is advantageous but not essential.\nWho are LRQA?\nLRQA is a leading global assurance partner, combining deep industry expertise with innovative solutions to help organizations manage risk, improve performance, and drive sustainable growth.\nOperating in over 50 countries with a team of 2,500+ professionals, we support more than 60,000 clients worldwide through assurance, certification, cybersecurity, inspection, and training services.
