As a result, we are seeking contractor Retail and Hospitality Auditors and Trainers in Malaysia.\nOur specialists are trusted safety experts supporting clients in the food service and hospitality industry. We provide customized, comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help clients maintain the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection. These programs help our clients meet their expected quality standards through on-site evaluations and tailored training programs.\nWhat You Will Do\nConduct food safety, brand standards, and workplace health & safety evaluations at client sites\nConsult, coach, and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices\nWork with account management teams to resolve client challenges\nPerform a budgeted number of audits or trainings weekly to ensure high customer satisfaction\nAccess and apply industry-leading food safety practices and current health inspection insights\nProvide accurate reports and ensure effective communication with clients\nMinimum Qualifications\nFood Safety qualification: HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA (RS, REHS, or CP-FS) credentials\nExperience in the food service or hygiene industry\nWillingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs\nA valid driver’s license\nNo immigration sponsorship available\nSkills and Knowledge\nPreferred certifications: HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA (RS, REHS, or CP-FS) credentials\nExperience in retail food safety and brand standards reviews (>5 years)\nTeaching or coaching experience in a food-related field\nStrong relationship management and consulting skills\nExcellent planning, organization, and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills\nCapable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines\nAdditional Information\nThis position partners with LRQA on an independent basis.\nAt LRQA, we belive that as a leading Global Leading Assurance and Risk Management Service provider, our talented people are our risk management advantage.\nWe belive the best outcomes come from diverse perspectives, shared ambition and working together with integrity.
