The role supports clients in ensuring ethical sourcing practices, adherence to international standards, and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.\nThis position requires flexibility, strong auditing expertise, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct social compliance audits in line with client protocols and internationally recognized standards (e.g., SMETA, Fair Farms or equivalent)\nEvaluate supplier performance against labour, health & safety, environmental, and ethical business practices\nPerform site inspections, worker and management interviews, and document reviews.
