Our work helps organizations gather meaningful worker feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and strengthen responsible business practices.\nAs a Senior Program Implementation Specialist, you will work directly with clients and internal teams to coordinate program delivery, support worker engagement initiatives, analyze findings, and help translate worker feedback into practical actions and measurable outcomes. The role combines project coordination, client engagement, reporting, and consulting exposure, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in sustainability, responsible sourcing, ESG, supply chain operations, and worker engagement.\nThis position offers the opportunity to work with multinational clients, gain exposure to global supply chain sustainability programs, and develop expertise in Worker Voice, human rights due diligence, and responsible business practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the delivery of assigned Worker Survey and Worker Voice programs, including project planning, survey deployment, reporting, client debriefs, and follow-up activities. \nServe as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients, supporting program communications, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. \nWork closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed quality standards and client requirements. \nMaintain project plans, trackers, documentation, and status updates, highlighting risks, dependencies, and potential delivery issues. \nSupport survey design, customization, communications, deployment and reporting activities based on client needs and established methodologies. \nReview program findings and contribute to the preparation of client reports, presentations, and recommendations. \nFacilitate routine client meetings, project reviews, workshops, and webinars, documenting key actions and follow-up items. \nSupport the implementation of improvement actions and program follow-up activities where applicable. \nContribute to service improvement initiatives, knowledge management, proposal development, and other business support activities as required. \nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related discipline. \n3-5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, program or project implementation, consulting, research, supply chain operations, sustainability, social compliance, or other B2B service environments. \nDemonstrated experience coordinating or supporting client-facing projects from planning through delivery, reporting and completion. \nStrong client service, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. \nExperience in survey delivery, research operations, data analysis, reporting, presentation development, or related client-facing project activities is preferred. \nKnowledge of Worker Voice, responsible sourcing, human rights, supply chain sustainability, employee engagement, ESG, or related topics is an advantage. \nExcellent written and spoken English; Cantonese, Mandarin. \nTravel Requirements\nThe role is primarily office-based, with most client engagement conducted virtually.
