(PE)\nRegistered Architect (RA)\nCore Competencies & Capabilities\nCandidates must demonstrate deep, verifiable experience in the following core project management disciplines:\nProject Delivery:Executing projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.\nSchedule Management:Developing, maintaining, and controlling critical path project schedules using standard industry tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).\nCost Control:Managing project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and financial reporting.\nRisk Management:Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks before they impact cost, schedule, or quality.\nStakeholder Coordination:Effectively communicating and aligning priorities across client reps, subcontractors, end-users, and governing authorities.\nConstruction Contract Administration:Managing daily submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and contract compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for daily field operations, contract administration, and project status updates.\nOversee subcontractors and field staff to ensure adherence to technical specifications, local codes, and federal or healthcare
