The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets, developing financial models, analyzing customer behavior, and leveraging business intelligence tools. \n Key Responsibilities:\n Responsible for designing, implementing and performing comprehensive analysis over both financial and operational results and communicating findings to management\n Lead the monthly forecasting process for assigned departments and areas of responsibility\n Lead the annual budget process for assigned areas, including compilation and analysis of key metrics and business drivers\n Prepare a variety of monthly financial and operational reporting packages (e.g., departmental P&L’s, KPI reviews, expense reporting, etc.) for Senior Leadership team\n Assist in the design, implementation and management of the Company's consolidated financial model with the aim of improving financial visibility and analytical capabilities\n Requirements:\n Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. MBA or CPA preferred.
