As a Lead Software Engineer, you will define and drive the technical direction within a focused product or platform area. You will solve complex engineering challenges, guide others through code, design and architecture, and raise engineering standards across the team and organization. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 265,000 zł - 419,000 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage.
