As part of this centralisation, we have created an exciting new opportunity for a Billing Operations Manager to join our Central Finance team.\nBased in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, the Billing Operations Manager will lead and continuously improve billing operations across multiple divisions. This role ensures accurate and timely invoicing, strong controls, effective issue resolution, and a well-coached team that delivers reliable service to customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for strengthening cash discipline through accuracy, governance, and insights to prevent recurring issues.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nReporting to the Head of Finance Operations, you will:\nManaging end-to-end billing and invoice production\nEnsuring billing controls, governance, and compliance\nKPI reporting and month-end analysis\nProcess improvement and root cause analysis\nLeading and developing a small team\nEnsuring billing controls, governance, and compliance\nStakeholder management across divisions\nManaging end-to-end billing and invoice production \nWhat we’re looking for\nExperience leading an Accounts Receivable or Billing team\nExperience handling customer, account or transaction information with a good level of accuracy.\nExperience creating KPI reporting\nExperience of process improvement \nWhy join LSL?\nJoin a newly centralised Finance Hub and help shape how our Billing service develops.\nTake ownership of a key finance operation with the opportunity to improve processes and ways of working.\nLead and develop a team within a changing and evolving finance environment.\nWork collaboratively with colleagues across Finance, Procurement and the wider LSL Group.\nBe part of a major UK property services group at an exciting stage in the development of its finance operations.
