It also operates a network of owned and franchised estate agency branches.\nBased within our Group Legal Team in York, we are looking to recruit a Paralegal to provide support to the Group Legal Team with a wide variety of matters spanning across all areas of the LSL Group.\nLocation: York - on site office-based.\nRole Purpose\nTo provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Team, assisting with a broad range of legal matters and ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services across the business. The role supports solicitors, contract administration, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations.\nDraft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, agreements, and correspondence.\nSupport solicitors and legal professionals on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters.\nAssist with contract management, document control, and legal record keeping.\nMonitor legal deadlines and maintain case and matter tracking systems.\nPrepare documentation for corporate transactions and business projects.\nSupport regulatory and compliance activities.\nLiaise with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers where required.\nAssist with updating policies, procedures, and customer-facing terms and conditions.\nEnsure confidential information is handled appropriately at all times.\nKnowledge, Skills & Experience\nLaw degree, Legal Practice qualification, or equivalent legal education.\nPrevious paralegal experience desirable but not essential.\nStrong legal research and analytical skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong organisational and time-management abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.\nCommercial awareness and understanding of legal risk.\nKey Competencies\nAnalytical thinking\nAttention to detail\nProfessional integrity\nCommunication and influencing\nOrganisation and planning\nProblem solving\nTeamwork and collaboration\nCustomer and stakeholder focus\nApply \nIf you feel you match our requirements and are looking for your next career challenge, or for a confidential discussion on the full details of this role please contact Alka Tarafdar on 07751808563 or  -
