You'll report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and work across the business to turn opportunity into revenue.\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate new revenue streams from LSports' new and existing products.\nBring new products and initiatives to LSports' potential customers: existing customers,\nand customers within our industry and TAM.\nLead the search for M&A opportunities, in line with management's decisions and\nstrategic direction.\nStructure, negotiate, and manage partnerships that create new revenue streams.\nSupport LSports' entrance into new markets and verticals.\nLead new business initiatives from concept through execution.\nWork closely with Product, Trading, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn\nopportunities into results.\nTrack industry trends and competitor activity to surface new opportunities early.\nRequirements\nStrong background in B2B SaaS, Data, or Technology companies is required. 10+ years of experience in commercial roles (business development, strategy, partnerships, corporate development, or similar).\nAt least 5 years specifically in business development, with a track record of building new revenue streams or launching new business lines.\nExperience evaluating or working on M&A (sourcing, due diligence, or integration) is an advantage; hands-on deal experience is not required.\nBackground in sports betting or iGaming is a strong advantage, not a requirement.\nStrong commercial instincts: able to identify opportunities, build the case, and drive them to execution.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nComfortable working independently and driving initiatives with limited oversight.\nWillingness to travel occasionally as the role requires.\nEnglish required.\nLife at LSports\nWe’re honest with each other and open to new ideas.
