The project may also involve signal processing, machine learning, or other computational techniques. The exact project scope may be refined based on program needs and the candidate’s expertise.\n100% Develop, test, and apply quantum computing workflow or quantum-inspired approaches to analyze datasets from sensing systems or energy-industry-relevant problems. Contribute to publishable research outcomes, with deliverables including technical documentation, presentations, and a journal manuscript or conference paper based on the project results.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, or closely related field.\nStrong programming experience in Python and familiarity with machine learning.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPh.D. in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, or closely related field.\nExperience with quantum algorithms, quantum computing, quantum annealing, variational quantum circuits, quantum machine learning, or quantum-inspired optimization.\nExperience with quantum software frameworks such as Qiskit, PennyLane, Cirq, D-Wave Ocean, TensorFlow Quantum, or similar tools.\nPay will be commensurate witheducation andexperience.
