The role also contributes to the ongoing development of data privacy and information security policies.\nIdeal candidates bring at least 7 years of broad-based legal experience, including commercial contracts and regulatory matters, ideally within both law firm and in-house environments. Experience with residential real estate, mortgage lending, title insurance, and related regulatory frameworks is highly valued.
