opportunities, expand our customer base, and strengthen existing relationships.\nThis position reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with our engineering, marketing, and operations teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and develop new OEM customers, lighting manufacturers, and distribution partners.\nBuild relationships with purchasing managers, engineers, product developers, and key decision-makers.\nManage and grow existing accounts while identifying new sales opportunities.\nDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.\nCollaborate with engineering and product development teams on standard and custom solutions.\nManage quotations, product evaluations, and customer follow-ups.\nMaintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasts.\nMonitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.\nTravel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events as needed.\nRequirements\nRequired:\nMinimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or industrial markets.\nProven ability to prospect, develop, and manage OEM customer relationships.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.\nTechnical aptitude and ability to understand electronic or engineered products.\nExperience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.\nSelf-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.\nPreferred:\n10+ years of OEM or technical sales experience.\nBackground in LED lighting, electronic components, power supplies, or electrical manufacturing.\nEstablished relationships with OEMs, lighting manufacturers, or electrical distributors.\nExperience with custom-engineered products and design-in sales.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, including Global Shop
