requests, and product questions. \n Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on open opportunities. \n Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify additional sales opportunities. \n Contact prospective customers by phone and email to introduce products and qualify opportunities. \n Follow up on samples, quotations, and previous customer inquiries. \n Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve customer needs. \n Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM. \n Help achieve monthly and annual sales and customer-retention goals.\nRequirements\n3+ years of customer service, inside sales, or B2B sales experience preferred. \n Strong communication and follow-up skills. \n Organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers. \n Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, email, and online research tools.\n Experience in lighting, electrical,
